Experiences with the THYS 222 by Stef Jansen

Stef Jansen
I have had a Thijs 222 for 2 months now and ride it almost daily. I notice a clear development during this period. At first, I had a somewhat short stroke length with too much emphasis on the arms. Gradually, the stroke length grew to maximum, and I was able to use a lot of explosive leg power. Now I experience the roets as a perfect aid in my rowing training. I also use it during rain and strong winds. Even in strong crosswinds, I see a great stability, especially after over 20 years on my Flevoracer: a fantastic recumbent bike, but quite tricky in strong crosswinds.
