Using / riding a rowingbike will always carry a risk for accidents (as on any other bike).
The rider should verify the shape of the complete rowingbike (e.g. tires) before riding it. It is the riders' sole responsibility to choose to ride and if so what speeds to ride and risks to take. Thijs Industrial Designs can not be hold liable for any damage to rider, rowingbike or other parties that me be a result of any rowingbike accident or material failure that could occur as it can never be 100% excluded.
